Subject Access Requests
You have the right to ask to see the personal information we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).
Parents and carers may also be able to make a request on behalf of their child, depending on their child’s age and ability to understand and exercise their own data protection rights.
How do I make a request?
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) provides an online form to help you make a Subject Access Request: : Make your subject access request | ICO. We encourage you to use this form as it helps us understand exactly what information you are looking for.
You can also make a request verbally, by letter or by emailing admin@cedarwoodprimary.org.uk.
Providing as much detail as possible about the information you would like will help us locate it and respond to your request efficiently.
