3. Parent Channel TV:

Parentchannel.tv is a free video service designed to support and encourage parents and carers of children from ages 0-19, with a collection of over 200 videos addressing day-to-day questions and concerns spanning wellbeing, behaviour and learning.

4. Parenting referrals:

We are contacting all referred parents to discuss whether they are happy to go on the waiting list for a group later in the year.  We are currently working on some online groups to be offered shortly, plus we can discuss individual phone support with referrers – contact us at parenting@suffolk.gov.uk

Follow the steps below for parents/professionals outside SCC to complete a referral form via Suffolk’s online Portal:

Go to: https://earlyhelpportal.suffolk.gov.uk/web/portal/pages/home

Step 1 -  Choose a programme.

Step 2 -  Enter all child details first

Step 3 -  Privacy Notice needed please read - click ‘YES’ to continue then add referrers details if appropriate.

Step 4 -  Register/log in to track referral

Step 5 -  Complete requested details.

Step 6 -  Referrer details – please enter contact details incl. email address

Step 7 -  Complete requested details

Step 8 -  Complete requested details and finalise.
